RESTAURANT OVERVIEW
People were using indirect heat to grill food in the Northwest long before the word BBQ ever arrived in those parts of the country and our food reflects local ingredients and time tested techniques to produce the most amazing food on the planet. We prepare gourmet grilled Meats, Poultry, and Seafood, along with a number of amazing side dishes, that are made fresh daily in our restaurant. That includes our sauces, marinades, rubs, and spices. We also use nothing but the freshest locally made and grown meats, produce, and baked goods. And like all of our products, our menu and its recipes are the work of our former chef to the stars, Duane Doran.
