| Our products are the creation of former chef to the stars Duane Doran. Mr. Doran worked in Los Angles and routinely cooked for Fleetwood Mac, Eric Clapton, David Bowie, Queen, Rod Stewart, and many others.
On concert tours, recording sessions, tour rehearsals, and record parties. As a 7th generation Oregonian, he’s designed our products to take advantage of the northwest’s fresh seafood, meats, poultry, and wild game complimented by local products like hazel nuts, cranberries, blueberries, and
honey.
His recipes span twenty five years of cooking and are a reflection of the northwest's diverse cooking styles, cultures, and influences. Each recipe has been individually crafted to make use of all our food products.
The culmination of his culinary experience will be published in a new cook book:
'Down River Cooking' in early 2007.
